 1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BYTTB, you must agree to the Terms of Service ("TOS").

 2. Description of Service

The Bot provides various services and features within the Discord platform. These services include, but are not limited to, fun activities, moderation tools, and utility features.

 3. User Conduct

Compliance with Discord's Terms of Service

Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot. Any violation of these terms may result in a ban from using Discord/BYTTB

Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

- Use the Bot for any illegal activities.

- Spam commands or use the Bot in a disruptive manner.

- Attempt to exploit or hack the Bot.

- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users via the Bot.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

-Data Collection-

The Bot may collect certain data to provide its services, such as user IDs, messages, and server information. This data will only be used to improve and maintain the Bot's functionality.

-Data Usage-

Collected data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to protect our rights.

-Data Retention-

Data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

1. Modifications to the Service

The Bot's developers reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Users agree that the Bot's developers shall not be liable to users or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

 6. Termination

The Bot's developers may terminate or suspend access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the TOS.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Bot's developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Bot; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Bot; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Bot by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Bot, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not the Bot's developers have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

 8. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your country and state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
